Avoid washing the hair daily. Washing the hair daily strips off natural oils from the hair and makes the hair dry and frizzy, thus causing difficulty in hair styling.

Women with brittle and dry hair should make use of hair conditioning cream to keep the hair well moisturized and soft. Also, make sure to massage the scalp with warm essential oil at least twice in a week to maintain the health and strength of the hair. Well maintained hair are always easy to style.

Women with frizzy hair should avoid going for layers in their hair. Layers in frizzy hair may lead to more frizz. You need to keep your frizzy hair well moisturized, so as to style the hair in a proper manner.

Any kind of grey spots in your hair can be covered with the help of semi permanent hair colors.

Many women opt for going for a change in the overall color of hair. Coloring the hair is very damaging for the hair and makes the hair fragile and dull. You should opt to go for highlights or lowlights in your hair, as they look natural and help in accentuating your looks.

Women with thinning hair should go for a hair style that goes well with their face cut and helps in disguising the thinning hair.

Make sure to eat a healthy and well nutritious diet, so that the hair grows in a healthy and strong manner. Include fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, carrots, milk, fish, nuts and yogurt in your diet to improve the health of hair and facilitate the process of hair styling.

Remain away from stress. Stress is very damaging for the hair and causes hair loss. Include meditation and yoga in your daily routine to remain away from stress.
