First of all it is very important to ensure that the shampoo and the conditioner that an individual chooses are appropriate for the hair type. The hair type of each and every individual may differ. Therefore, make sure that you choose the right products.
It is further recommended to avoid the use of heat generating hair styling equipments such as blow dryer, curling iron etc. the heat generated from these equipments may damage the quality of the hair and may make them weak.
It is very important that the hair gets the required level of nutrition and vitamins. Therefore, one should make sure to eat a healthy diet containing green vegetables and fresh fruits. Also, drinking plenty of water during the day is very important to provide appropriate hydration to the hair.
One must make sure to provide proper stimulation to the scalp. This would help a great deal in promoting the hair growth and making the hair stronger. Stimulation can be provided by going for a hot oil massage at least twice a week. This would also ensure in having proper circulation.
