It is true that applying make up makes a person beautiful. But, what if you have dry arms, cracked heels, rough palms, scars and dark circles. Your make up cannot hide them completely. So, it is very important to take utmost care of your body. Only doing make over doesn’t make you beautiful. You can only look beautiful if your body looks beautiful. Certain body care tips are enumerated below.
Prepare a moisturizing lotion, composed of petroleum jelly, glycerin and lemon juice. Apply this lotion at least twice a week, if you have dry or rough arms or legs. Alternatively you can also do hot oil massage of your legs and hands to reduce dryness and roughness from your hands and legs.
Squeeze the juice of cucumber by peeling and grating it, and mix it with glycerin and rose water. Apply the solution on sunburns and leave it for some time.
For cracked heels, melted paraffin wax is mixed with little mustard oil and the mixture is applied on the affected area at night and is left for the whole night. Alternatively you can also massage your cracked heels with coconut oil and then keeping your feet in warm water for some time. Your heels will become quite smooth after following this procedure regularly for 10-15 days.
A mixture of glycerin and lemon juice helps a great deal in case of rough palms.
Rubbing your hands with lemon peel helps in the removal of scars from your hands.
Apply the cucumber on your eyes and below the eyes for 10-15 minutes to remove the dark circles under the eye.
By just following the above discussed home remedies, you can easily keep good care of your body, thus enhancing your beauty and maintaining it for a longer period of your life. Just remember, if your body is fit, then only you are fit.
