Brittle Hair in Children

The parents must ensure of providing hot oil treatments to the scalp and the hair of their children, so that the hair are well moisturized. Massaging the scalp and the hair with warm coconut oil or olive oil is a very good way to provide appropriate moisturizing to the hair and the scalp, thus dealing with brittle hair in children in an effective manner.
The exposure of the children’s hair to the sun, pollution and dust may also make their hair dry and brittle. Therefore, parents must ensure to protect the hair of the children with hat or scarves while going out, so that the hair does not get damaged. It is also very important to ensure washing the hair of the children on regular basis, so that dust and dirt are not accumulated in the hair.
The hair of the children may become brittle due to the chemicals present in your shampoos. Make sure to use hair shampoos that are specifically formulated for the kids, so that the hair does not get damaged and brittle.
The brittle hair in children can be dealt in a very effective way by making use of egg white on the hair. A mixture of egg white and water is prepared and applied on the kid’s hair. It is allowed to stay on the hair for around half an hour. Thereafter the hair are washed with kid’s shampoo to attain soft and smooth hair.
