Hair conditioning is a very important hair care activity that helps in improving the look and texture of the hair of an individual. It is very important for an individual to provide appropriate conditioning to the hair, so that the look and the beauty of the hair are retained and the hair looks shiny, soft and smooth.

There are many kinds of hair conditioners available in the market these days that help in improving the texture of the hair. However, these conditioners contain certain chemicals which can be sometimes harmful for the hair.

What if, one is able to make effective conditioner at home with the help of natural ingredients? The most effective and deep hair conditioner treatment is provided to the hair with the help of olive oil.

Olive oil is really a very good conditioner for the hair, which helps in conditioning the hair in a wonderful manner, while adding elasticity and shine to the hair. The hair would look very shiny and healthy with the help of olive oil hair conditioning treatment.

How to make a conditioning hot oil hair treatment

The things that are required to make a hair conditioner at home are olive oil, shower cap, wide toothed comb, microwave bowl and microwave.

Olive oil is filled in the microwave cup and placed in the microwave for around half a minute.

The cup is then taken out form the microwave and placed in the bathroom.

The hair are then saturated with olive oil. Make sure that olive oil is concentrated properly in the scalp and at the hair ends.

After the entire hair are saturated with olive oil, shower cap is placed on the head for half an hour. This would help in providing deep conditioning treatment to the hair.

The hair are then rinsed with cold water and shampooed. Wash the hair twice, so that all the residue of olive oil is removed from the hair.

After that, condition the hair with the hair conditioner that you normally use.

The hair becomes soft, smooth and silky as a result. It is recommended to condition the hair with the hot olive oil treatment once in two weeks.
