Damaged Hair
Damage to the hair is a very common problem. There may be various reasons due to which the hair may get damaged. Hair may get damaged due to the excessive use of hair styling equipments such as curling iron and blow dryers. The heat that is generated from these hair styling equipments is very harmful for the hair and damages the quality of the hair.
The hair may also get damaged due to sun, some prolonged treatment, wrong use of products, etc. The symptoms of damaged hair are dry hair, frizzy hair, split ends and unmanageable hair. It is very important to prevent damage to the hair for healthy hair growth.
First of all, it is very important to get rid of split ends form the hair to prevent damage to the hair. Split ends cause excessive damage to the hair and may prevent the hair to grow in a healthy manner, thus leading to hair frizz.
Further, ensure that you don’t make much use of curling iron, straightening rod and flat iron to style your hair.
Instead of using a blow dryer to dry the hair, it is recommended to let the hair dry naturally.
In order to ensure that your hair gets enough moisturizing, wash the hair with a moisturizing shampoo. Also condition the hair with a good conditioner after every wash.
Comb the hair when they are half wet. In case you want to brush the hair, let the hair dry completely to brush them.
Hair coloring may also have harmful effects on the hair. it is recommended to get the coloring of hair done from a perfect hair stylist. There are many kinds of chemicals present in the hair color which can damage the hair. Therefore, it is advised to be very careful while going for hair coloring.
By following the above said tips to prevent hair damage, one would definitely be able to maintain healthy and shiny hair.
