Hair gel is a very effective hair cosmetic that helps to groom the hair of an individual. There are various kinds of hair gels available in the market. Some are cheap and some are expensive. Some are of good quality and some are of poor quality. People who have fine hair need not worry. Low quality hair gel can work for such hair. But, some people have very coarse hair.
If a low quality hair gel is applied on such hair, then the hair becomes sticky and coarser. It is very important to choose the right quality of hair gel with respect to your hair type, so that the quality of the hair is not affected.
A hair gel is composed of many ingredients, such as water, Keratin Amino Acid, Glycerin, PVP etc. PVP is actually a kind of plastic. There is no need to be surprised by knowing that you are applying plastic on hair.
PVP is not an ordinary plastic. In reality, it is a plastic that is water soluble and forms a clear film on the hair when it becomes dry. The water also gets absorbed quickly with the help of this PVP. This results in the gels becoming sticky in the humid weather.
Hair gels are really a great way to handle the hair. It is very easy to apply gel on the hair. Wash the hair and towel dry thereafter. Further, take some hair gel into your hands and rub both the hands together, and apply on the damp hair throughout.
Take a comb and run through the entire hair in the direction you want. Combing the hair with a wide toothed comb, taking all the hair on one side, would make side spike hairstyle. The hair style is held the entire due to the gel that is applied on the hair. Hair gel acts a s a very good hair cosmetic to hold the hair style in place for the entire day.
In case of humid weather also, hair gel works very well and does not pose any kind of problem. However, it becomes a problem in rain. The hair gets sticky in rainy weather if there is hair gel on the hair.
