Different Types of Techniques of Hair Growth

This article will talk about different techniques of how to increase the hair growth as well as how to protect the hair growth.

Firstly, different vitamins especially B5 and B3 are required in order to increase the growth of the hair. These vitamins should be taken in the right way because if excessive intake of vitamin B6 is taken, it might lead to destruction of the hair. Vitamin E will help in increasing the immune function and would even allow transporting the oxygen and improving the blood circulation in the scalp.

The vitamin Biotin helps in maintaining the health of the hair as it contains a lot of nutrients. Food items such as green peas, lentils, walnuts, soya beans as well as oats should be consumed. This would definitely help in increasing the growth of the hair.

Different Food Items should be consumed:

The following are the different food items which should be consumed in order to promote the hair growth. Items such as:

Chickpeas: By consuming this food item, both vitamin B-6 and the zinc can be derived. It is an important hair protein.

Coconut water: This is rich in calcium and really important for the growth of the hair.

Almonds: These are a good source of proteins, Iron and Vitamin E.

Oats: these are a good source of absorbable Iron. It is even a good source of magnesium and calcium as well.

Oranges: this is definitely a good source of vitamins. It mainly plays a big role in the enhancement of collagen which proves to be necessary for the hair growth.

Soya Beans: These beans usually contain a good amount of Vitamin E as well as Iron. It is an important part of hemoglobin production.  This Hemoglobin helps in transferring the oxygen to the tissues of the body and also helps in the absorption of oxygen and increasing the circulation of the blood in the scalp.

Fish: Fish also proves to be a good source of Vitamin A as well as Vitamin B-6. It plays an important role in maintaining the hair and making it look healthy.

Thus, these were the different kinds of food items which should be consumed in order to get a good amount of healthy hair. The above techniques should be kept in mind too in order to increase the growth of the hair.
