Foot Care Recipes

It is very important to take care of your feet in the same as you take care of your face and hands. Rough feet and cracks on the feet really look odd and bad. Make sure that proper care of the feet is taken to have soft and smooth feet. Some of the effective foot care recipes are underlined below.

Rosemary, lavender and geranium are considered the most effective essential oils in case of foot massage. Take ten teaspoons of carrier oil, and add five drops of any of the essential oils to it, and store the mixture in a cold place, in a bottle of dark color. Massage the feet with this oil regularly.

One can also massage the feet with baby lotions and take your fingers within the toes to massage the toes as well. Make sure that you massage each feet for atleast three to five minutes to get beautiful and soft feet.

Prepare a mixture of one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of almond oil, one teaspoon of wheat germ oil, and twelve drops of eucalyptus essential oil. All the ingredients are mixed well in bottle of dark color and stored in a cold and dry place. Rub the mix on the heels and the feet to get a soothing effect.

Take equal quantities of water and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Now, take a paper towel, and dip it into the mix. Thereafter, apply the dipped paper towel on the feet to get rid of any kind of foot odor, and smoothen and soften the feet.

A mixture of olive oil (two tablespoons), kosher salt (one teaspoon) and strawberries (eight) is prepared. One can also add almonds to the mixture that are finely chopped. Massage the feet with the mix properly. Thereafter, rinse the feet and the let them dry.
