Hair Care Tips for Women With Dry Hair
Different people have different kinds of hair. Many women are seen with dry hair. Such a hair type is very common especially during the winters, when the weather is too dry. The hair also becomes dry due to overuse of chemical products on the hair. Some women also, use the hair styling equipments on regular basis. This also tends to cause the hair to become dry. The heat that is generated from these hair styling equipments takes away the moisture form the hair and makes them dry and dull.
Some of the remedies to take care of the dry hair are listed below.
Shampoo your hair frequently. However, make sure that you don’t use commercial shampoos, as they tend to take away the natural oils from the hair. Use gentle shampoos to wash the hair.
In case of dry hair, it is very important to use the conditioner on the hair every time you wash the hair.
A hot oil massage to the scalp acts as a very good treatment for dry hair in bringing back the lost oil and moisture to the hair.
Make sure that you don’t use much chemical products on your hair. Hair perming, hair straightening and hair coloring involve the sue of chemical products that are harmful for the hair and make them dry and brittle.
Use of eggs, mixed with olive oil and vinegar, also helps to cure the problem of dry hair.
Rinsing the hair with apple cider vinegar added to water helps to provide shine to the hair.
Make minimum use of heat generating equipments. If in case there is a need to use them, keep the heat setting at the lowest level.
The shine in the hair can also be restored back by rinsing the hair with beer.
The above tips to take care of the dry hair are really very effective and guarantee that one would be definitely able to improve the quality of the hair.
