Hair loss? Here’s how to fight it
It takes a lot of effort and time to have long and healthy hair. But, what if they start to fall? Hair loss is a cause of great concern and disturbs a person a lot. It is quite natural for hair to fall with age. As long as you lose around 60-80 hair a day, it is fine as they are replaced by the ones produced on a regular basis on your head. But if the count increases day by day, it is dangerous and can make you even bald. So, it is very important to know the reason for hair loss, and then try to implement the solution for the same.
The major causes of hair loss are stress, use of various hair beauty products, improper diet and medication. So, one should try to find the solution to fight against these problems, rather than cribbing on the issue of hair loss. Some of the remedies are discussed hereunder.
Hair treatments like straightening, perming and coloring cause the hair to break. So better avoid excessive use of such treatments.
Hair dryer when used close to the hair also damage them. It should be used atleast 6 inches apart from the hair to prevent damage of the hair.
The hair should not be combed immediately after a wash. Let them dry to some extent and then comb with a wide teeth comb.
Avoid extreme tight pony tails.
Prolonged illness or disease could also result in hair fall. Certain medicines also have side effects. Just confirm from the doctor for the same and ask him if the medicines can be substituted with some other medicines which don’t have any side effects.
Lack of proper diet also results in hair loss. One should take proper diet so as to have healthy hair and attain strength in them.
So just don’t panic when you start having hair fall. Grab the cause and follow the solution!
