The normal cycle of the growth of hair lasts for around 2 to 6 years and each hair grows approximately one centimeter per month during this phase. Research has been developed that about ninety percent of the hair grows all at one time and ten percent of the hair is in a testing phase which falls out in a while; new hair starts to grow on that particular area.
No matter if it is a man, woman or a child; they should make sure that they wash their hair in a correct manner with a good quality shampoo and a good conditioner as well. This will help them in avoiding the problem of hair fall. Though, it is quite normal for every individual to shed some hair from their scalp each day. However, some may experience excessive shedding which proves to be dangerous.
If proper care of hair is taken, it will result in beautiful, thick, shiny, and dandruff free hair. For this, you need to keep few important things in mind such as:
- Make sure never to wash hair with hot boiling water
- Make sure to massage the hair for at least fifteen minutes after bathing it with water, as this will help in stimulating the bloody circulation and the strengthening of the hair follicles.
- Massage almond of coconut oil on the scalp everyday or at least four times a week.
- Try scrubbing the bald portion with onions until it becomes red and then apply honey on that particular area.
These are few of the main tips in order to get rid of this terrible disease. Thus, these tips will be of assistance in stopping further hair loss and will beyond doubt increase the hair growth also.
