A person really comes under depression when he sees that he is getting bald patches on his head; the hair is getting thinner day be day; and the forehead appears to be much bigger. He comes under tension, when he sees clumps of hair in his hands while combing. It is very important to take care of the hair to guard against hair loss.

A rigorous hair care routine needs to be followed for preventing hair fall. Your hair requires proper massage, deep conditioning treatments, gentle cleansing, and a well balanced diet. A healthy hair diet should contain proteins, fats, Vitamins A and C, meat, milk, bread, cereal and citrus fruits.

Also make sure not to tie your hair too tightly into a pony tail. This may also cause breakage of hair. It is recommended that if the condition of the hair does not improve after changing the dietary pattern and changing the hair style, one should go and see the doctor. He will be able to best tell you the reason behind the hair loss, and may advice you to go for certain hair remedies.

An individual may become socially disturbed due to the problem of hair loss. One may feel helpless in such a case. In case of abnormal hair loss, it is very important to diagnose the cause as soon as possible to take preventive action against hair loss.

A dermatologist can very well guide you in this regard. In case, the problem is not solved by having certain medicines and dietary changes, the doctor may advise you to go for hair loss restoration technique called as hair transplantation. Hair transplantation is taken as the last measure to cure the problem.

The above discussion reveals that hair loss is a very serious issue, and therefore proper and timely action should be taken as soon as possible to cure the problem, before the problem aggravates further.
