One having thick and dry hair should go for a cut which gives a sleek look. Extra short or extra long hair can also be the right type for such a hair texture. A bob cut looks great on such hair type.
Tying long, thick and wavy hair into a pony tail gives a soft look.
One can also get the straightening done of the hair, provided proper treatment for the same is taken, as it involves the use of harsh chemicals.
Coloring on thick hair is not recommended, as it would make your hair appear more swelled out.
Use appropriate moisturizing shampoo to provide the required moisture needed for your dry hair. Application of suitable conditioner after every wash is highly recommended, to make your hair soft and shiny. Use of egg after a wash also acts as good conditioner for dry hair.
Wash the hair with cold water. Avoid using warm water on your hair.
Avoid using blow dry on your dry and thick hair, as it might make them appear fluffier.
Thus, one should follow the above instructions, without any doubt at all, as these can never harm your hair, and would definitely enhance the quality and look of your hair.
