Hair Vitamins for Thinning Hair

Vitamin H: This vitamin is even known as “Biotin” vitamin. It is the most accepted vitamin which helps in nourishing the hair. It can also be found in a range of food items such as cabbage, strawberries, eggs as well as many further food items. But, keep in mind that, if there is a deficient of biotin in men, it can lead to baldness, but this isn’t in the case for the women.
Vitamin E: This Vitamin helps in stimulating the augmentation of the hair. It can be found in various food items such as leafy vegetables, raw seeds and Soya beans as well.
Vitamin B: This vitamin is even known as “Panothothenic” vitamin. It is really useful and important for the healthiness of the scalp. It also helps in the conversion of food energy and can be found in food items such as whole grains, potatoes and even kidney beans.
There are the different kinds of vitamins which are taken in order to prevent further thinning of the hair. Every individual should try to absorb all these vitamins in some way or the other in order to improve the growth of their hair.
