Hairstyles: Why Face Shape And Hair Texture Matter

Hairstyles are the best ways to enhance the look and the personality of an individual. In this era, there are a lot of hair styles that are available which can play a great role in accentuating the looks of an individual.

One can style the hair in various ways to enhance her looks. However, there are many factors to be kept in mind while going for a hair style. The two main factors are hair texture and face shape. In order to select a particular hair style, it is very important for an individual to take care of these two factors.

It is very important that the hair style that you choose helps in accentuating your facial features. The importance of the hair style is lost, if it does not reflect your facial features.

Some people may have round face; some may have oval shape; some may have square cut; some may have rectangular face cut; some may have triangular face shape; and some may have heart shaped face cut. Therefore, it is very important for an individual to first determine her face type and then select a hair style that suits her.

The texture of the hair also plays an important role in determining the hair style. The hair texture may differ from one person to another. Some people may have dry hair; some may have frizzy hair; some may have normal hair; some may have wavy hair; some may have surly hair; and some may have straight hair.

The style of the hair is greatly dependant on the type and texture of hair. It is not necessary that the hair style that would look good on straight hair would go well with curly hair too. So, first identify the texture of your hair, and then select a hair style that suits your hair type.

Thus, both the hair type and the shape of the face play an important role in determining the hair style that should be carried by an individual.
