Healthy Ways to Prevent Hair Loss
Hair loss is considered as one of the most serious problems with respect to hair. The problem of hair loss brings a person in tension and under stress. There is a great need to prevent the problem of hair loss in a healthy and safe manner. Some of the healthy ways to prevent hair loss have been listed below.
Smoking is injurious to health and also for the hair. So, it is recommended that smokers should quit smoking to enable the hair to grow in a healthy manner.
While combing wet hair, make sure that you use a wide toothed comb, instead of brush to comb the hair. It is also advised to get rid of the excess water from the hair before running a comb in the hair. if possible run the comb when the hair are half dry.
Hair damage and hair loss also occurs due to the heat generated from the electrical hair styling equipments such as blow dryer and curling iron. It is advised to avoid the use of these equipments as much as possible.
Instead of plain elastic bands to tie up the hair, it is recommended to use the bands that are covered with a fabric to prevent hair breakage.
Hair fall also occurs due to tight hair style. Make sure that you style the hair comfortable without any tightness in the style, so that the hair do not break.
In scorching sun, it is advised to cover the hair from hat to prevent any kind of damage to the hair due to sun.
Raw vegetables and fresh fruits are very good for healthy growth of hair. They provide appropriate nourishment to the hair and enable healthy growth of hair.
Appropriate quantity of vitamin B, copper and zinc is necessary for healthy hair growth.
