Taking care of the feet is an important aspect of the beauty of an individual. The beauty of the sandals and any footwear that one wears is enhanced if one has beautiful and soft feet, without any cracks. One can take care of the feet at home by doing pedicure.

Let us here discuss about some of the home pedicure tips.

It is very important to cut the nails of the feet first. The nails can be cut in an easy manner if they are soft. The nails can be softened by soaking the feet in a tub of warm water. Before soaking the feet, it is advised to remove any polish on the nails. In the tub of warm water, put some tea tree extract and relax the feet in water for around five to ten minutes.

Now take pumice stone and scrub the heel and the entire foot with it to get rid of any dead and cracked skin. Thereafter, wash the feet with warm water and dry them with a towel. Take some cuticle cream in your hands and rub it around the nails of the toes. Take nail clippers and get rid of any dead skin with its help.

Any kind of loose skin is them wiped off with the help of cotton wool. The nails are then trimmed and filed with a nail filer to give proper shape to them. Make sure not to cut any excess nail, so as to prevent any kind of damage to the nail.

Now, take a moisturizer and massage the feet with it. Massaging the toes and the feet would help a great to a great extent in dealing with any kind of pain in the feet. A cotton pad is then taken and dipped in nail polish remover and rubbed on the feet and the toes to get rid of any residues of the cream.

Thereafter, a base coat is applied on the nails, followed by two coats of nail polish. This was the final step of home pedicure, which would give beautiful feet as an end result.
