How Hair Ages
There is no doubt that as people grow with age, they start looking for anti aging products to hide their actual age. There are a lot of anti aging products available in the market to hide the wrinkles and the spots on the face that are a significance of the old age. However, as people grow with age, their hair also start to become gray. It is very natural for hair to become gray as people grow older. Also, the hair starts to become thin day by day. Hair thinning and graying of hair are the very common factors that people have to witness as they grow older. One more thing that is to be taken into account is that the shine and the luster of the hair get lost with old age.
Let us here discuss on the fact “How hair ages”. The beauty of the hair is reflected by the shine, volume and the color of the hair. The thickness of the hair is at its maximum in the age of 20s. One should take utmost care of the hair in this age. Taking the best care of the hair in this age would help an individual to increase the life span of the hair, and would help in retaining the good quality of the hair in the future and in the years to come ahead.
In the age of 30s, the diameter of the hair starts getting reduced, thus resulting in a decrease in the volume of the hair. One should make sure to go for regular trimming of the hair to prevent the hair from getting damaged. In the age of 40s, the hair starts to become grey. Due to stress in the middle age because of job and family responsibilities, the hair may tend to fall. Therefore, it is very important that proper nutrition is provided to the hair, so that the hair does not fall.
In the age of 50s, the hair are almost gray due to many kinds of hormonal changes take place. It is advised to go for layered cuts, so that thinning of hair and gray hair are hidden to some extent. In the 60s, the hair aging would be much visible. So, go for regular trimming of the hair. One may also think of going for coloring of the hair.
