How Stress Affects Your Hair
Healthy hair, beautiful hair, and shiny hair are all what is wanted by an individual. The health of your hair reflects your entire health of the body. Unhealthy hair implies unhealthy body. When one experiences problems with respect to the hair, then only he seeks for the solution. There are many factors that contribute towards the unhealthy hair. One of them is stress. Stress has a tremendous effect on the health of the hair and may deteriorate the quality of the hair and make them unhealthy and unmanageable. It is always better to think of the consequences first before the problem actually starts. Then only can one attain healthy and beautiful hair. Let us here discuss on how stress affects the hair.
Stress causes the hair to become thin. The hair starts falling very badly due to stress, and the person may even go bald due to stress in his life. Some people have genetically thick hair. So, if they take stress, he hair fall may not be that prominent. However, the problem may get aggravated, if the actual hair is thin and stress causes the hair to become thinner.
Tension due to a prolonged illness, too much of work pressure, and tension at home may be the reasons for stress, and may cause hair loss. In such a situation, one may also face itching in the scalp, and may also witness that the hair is becoming dry day by day. Due to stress, one may not be able to have sound sleep, which is also one of the reasons for falling hair.
Thus, it is advised to remain away from stress if one really wants the hair to grow in a healthy manner. Try to keep yourself happy, and involve yourself in recreational activities, to take out the stress from your life and to let the hair grow in a healthy way. Take a healthy diet, and drink plenty of water during the day to promote healthy hair growth.
