How To Co Wash Your Hair
Washing of hair is the first and foremost step in hair care. It is very important to wash the hair with the appropriate shampoo according to your hair type. This would help in improving the hair quality and hair growth. However, apart from washing the hair with hair shampoo, it is also required to co-wash the hair. Co-washing the hair implies conditioning the hair. Conditioning of the hair or co-washing the hair is very good for shiny and beautiful hair.
Conditioning or co-washing of the hair is required in all hair types. With the help of co-washing, one gets the opportunity to create beautiful hair styles. After every wash, it is required to condition the hair. As is the case with shampoos, conditioners are also available for all kinds of hair types.
People having dry and frizzy hair need to deep condition their hair. In such a case, leave in conditioners are considered the best. They work in a very effective way in case of frizzy and dry hair.
Massage the conditioner well into the hair. Make sure to avoid applying the conditioner at the roots. Apply the conditioner on the lengths of the hair. After letting the conditioner stay on the hair for several minutes, rinse the hair well with cold water. Use of appropriate conditioner saturates the hair and provides the adequate level of moisture to the hair. The heavier the hair, the more the amount of conditioner required.
After towel drying the hair, apply some leave in conditioner on the hair and style the hair the way you want to.
Follow this procedure of co washing the hair for several weeks and notice a difference in the softness and smoothness of the hair. Co washing the hair is really a great need for preventing the hair from getting frizzy over time and to make the hair look shiny and beautiful.
