How to Get Rid of Hair Lice
One of the major problems of great concern among people is that of hair lice. People are often worried as to how to get rid of them. It is absolutely not true that hair lice make their homes into untidy heads. They basically come as a result of the interaction with the other person’s head containing hair lice. It is very important to take the treatment for the problem as it is a problem that causes great tension. It is always better to go for the cure as soon as possible, before the problem gets aggravated.
As soon as you are infected with the hair lice, just check the heads of all the other family members, so that anti lice treatment can be given to all. Lice are very harmful and lay 5-6 eggs every day. Thus, it is very important to get rid of the hair lice as soon as possible.
Formation of tiny eggs on the head is an indication of lice. They are initially found at the back of the ears. Start with the treatment, only when you find live lice in your head.
People take some anti lice treatments in the form of some chemicals like Lindane, Permethrin, Pyrethrins, Malathion, Mayonaise. However, the use of these chemicals should be avoided on pregnant woman, and cancer patients. Use of these chemicals can spoil the health of the hair.
One of the best ways to get rid of hair lice is to use vegetable oil on your hair. Massage your hair with any vegetable oil and let it stay for 2-3 hours. This remedy will kill the lice in your hair very soon. Wash your hair after 2-3 hours.
After washing your hair, apply vinegar on your hair. This will facilitate combing your hair. Repeat the treatment after a week. This is a perfect remedy for hair lice and would also prevent your hair from the use of harsh chemicals.
