How to Make a Facial Salt Scrub
Scrubbing the skin is one of the essential beauty care activities, which helps a great deal in enhancing the beauty of an individual. It is very important for an individual to carry out the scrubbing process regularly, so that the face is exfoliated properly, thus getting rid of the dead cells of the skin.
There are many kinds of facial scrubs available in the market these days, which help in exfoliating the skin of the face in a wonderful manner. However, home made facial scrubs are always considered to be the best as they do not contain any kind of chemicals and hence are not harmful for the skin of an individual. Let us here discuss about the ways of making a facial salt scrub which would help a great deal in augmenting the natural beauty of an individual.
Take a small bowl and pour honey in it. The bowl should be half filled with honey.
Thereafter, salt is added to honey to make a thick paste. Continue the process of adding salt to honey until you get a thick consistency of paste. Make sure that the mixture is thick enough to be applied on the face.
The facial scrub is ready to be applied on the face now. The scrub is spread evenly on the face in a very gentle manner. Start the application of scrub at the forehead and then proceed downwards. Make sure to avoid eye area while applying the scrub. In case you find the scrub too thick, moisten the hands with lukewarm water for easy spreading of the scrub on the face.
Do not make the mistake of pulling or stretching the skin while applying the facial scrub.
Let the facial scrub stay on the face for around five to ten minutes.
Moisten the hands thereafter and start with the scrubbing process in circular motion. Carry out the scrubbing process for around two to three minutes. Thereafter, rinse the face with water properly.
All the dead cells of the skin would be removed and the face would be exfoliated in a wonderful manner. A healthy and radiant glow would be attained on the face with the help of this facial scrub. The natural beauty of an individual would be enhanced in a great way.
