How to Make Long Hair Look Fuller
Long and volumous hair signifies healthy and strong hair. There are some people in this world who have naturally long and volumous hair. However, some people do not have such hair type and have the keen desire of having it. In order to have volumous long hair, people need to do some effort. Let us here discuss some of the ways of boosting up the hair, so that a volumous look can be given to the hair.
The things that are required are volumizing conditioner and shampoo, wide toothed comb, root lifter, hair dryer, clarifying shampoo and round brush.
First of all, it is recommended to go for a layered hair cut. Same length long hair can give a flat appearance near head and wide appearance at bottom, thus giving a disproportionate look to the hair.
The hair are then washed with volumizing shampoo. After washing the hair, the hair are conditioned with a good conditioner. Make sure that the shampoo and the conditioner that you use on your hair are rinsed out properly, without leaving behind any residue. The hair style of an individual would be completely spoiled due to any left over of the products in the hair.
Thereafter, the hair are towel dried. Volumizing hair styling product is then applied on the hair. The root lifter is misted on the hair near the hair roots. Mousse is used on the hair ends. Run a wide toothed comb in the hair, so that the hair styling products are distributed in the hair in an even manner.
The hair are then sectioned and pulled in opposite direction from the side it lays naturally. The blow dryer is then directed at the section’s roots. The same process is repeated throughout the head. The remaining hair are proceeded in the same way with the help of round brush. The hair lengths are dried while wrapping them over the hair brushes.
The long hair are given a volumous look as a result of the above described process. It is recommended to make use of clarifying shampoo once in a week, so as to get rid of any hair styling build-up in the hair.
