How To Remove Frizz From Curly Hair
Hair frizz is a problem of grave concern and invokes tension in the minds of women. The hair normally gets damaged when exposed to gels, hair sprays, and electric hair styling equipments. The use of these styling equipments and products causes frizz in the hair and results in split ends. All women want to get rid of this problem as soon as possible.
It gives a very untidy look and make one appear older than the own age. There is always a solution to a problem. The problem of hair frizz can also be removed. Let us discuss about it in detail.
First of all one should stop the excessive use of hair styling products and equipments that cause frizz. One should also avoid excessive combing and touching of hair.
The structure of hair also gets spoiled due to strong winds and lack of balanced diet. Lack of vitamins, minerals, and proteins also cause hair frizz. 10-12 glasses of water should be taken daily to control the problem.
Hair should not be washed everyday. Natural oil is lost if you wash daily, thus causing dryness of hair, which is the first step of hair frizz. Deep moisturizing treatment, atleast once a week, is highly recommended in this case.
It is always advised to wash your hair with cold water, to make it silky and soft. t once a week to moisten your hair. Washing your hair with hot water causes hair frizz.
Avoid combing wet hair. Make use of wide toothed comb to remove the tangles after a wash.
Cover your hair with a hat, for long outdoor activities.
Make use of frizz control products available in the market to control hair frizz. These products are very helpful and give volume to your hair. They help in repairing the damaged hair and provide the required minerals and proteins for strengthening the hair.
Washing the hair with vinegar also acts as a very good conditioner.
A mixture of egg and olive oil should be applied on the hair two hours before washing to eliminate frizz.
Thus, one can easily judge from the above stated facts that hair frizz can be easily removed, if one devotes some time and effort.
