2) Drinking plenty of water every day is very essential to provide proper hydration to the scalp and the hair. Water also helps in proper blood circulation throughout the body.
3) One should make sure to have a proper diet to provide appropriate nourishment to the hair. Multi vitamin tablet can also be taken on daily basis to ensure that the hair gets the required vitamins and nutrients.
4) One of the best and the most famous chemical nourishment to the hair is the B complex tablet. Deficiency of biotin and other vitamin B components can be overcome with the help of this tablet.
5) Choose an appropriate shampoo for your hair type. Make sure that the shampoo is not harsh. Too many ingredients in a shampoo may make the shampoo harsh and may cause hair fall.
6) The hair gets damaged due to the use of heat generating electrical equipments such as blow dryer and curling irons. Therefore, it is advised to use these equipments to the minimum level. Make sure that you dry the hair naturally, rather than going for blow dryer to dry the hair.
7) Also, don’t comb the hair when they are wet. Combing the hair immediately after washing may cause the hair to break.
