How to Use Olive Oil to Treat Hair Loss

Olive oil is a natural product that can be wonderfully used as a treatment for hair loss. Olive oil is considered to be a staple food, which helps in rejuvenating the hair in a natural way and helps in preventing any kind of further damage to the hair.

In order to deal with the problem of hair loss with olive oil, an individual requires olive oil, plastic or towel and grapeseeds or avocado. Make sure that the olive oil that you buy is extra virgin. Inferior brand of olive oil contains chemicals which may weaken or discolor the hair.

Around four tablespoons of olive oil are added in a cup. The hair are dampened and olive oil is massaged in the damp hair. Make use of the fingers to ensure that olive oil reaches all the hair and the entire scalp thoroughly and deeply.

A plastic or towel is then tied around the hair. Let the olive oil stay on the hair for around three hours or for the entire night, if possible.
