How to Wrap Your Hair
There is no doubt that ethnic hair needs great care. But, if one follows the general tips and tricks to take care of the hair, the hair can grow in a healthy way. It is very important that one takes proper care of the hair, so that the hair does not get damage and does not fall. Let us here have a discussion on the ways to wrap hair.
It is very important that the hair perms are maintained for a longer time. Therefore, if one wraps the hair, whether in a wet wrap or dry wrap, the perms can be maintained for a longer duration. Also, the method of dry wrap or wet wrap can make the hair straighter. It is very important to ensure that the perm is not very old before going for the hair wrap process.
Dry wrap
Dry wrap is the process of wrap that is used in night. The hair is misted with light oil sheen and is combed in a circular motion. All the hair is then collected together, and bobby pins are used to hold the hair. A light gel is applied at the ends of the hair. The wrap strips are tied around the hair. A satin scarf is used on the head then. After some time take a cotton scarf to take the oil from the hair.
Wet wrap
Wash the hair with a shampoo, and thereafter condition them with a good hair conditioner. Dry the hair with a towel, thus leaving the hair a little bit wet. Now a wrap lotion is taken and saturated in the hair. All the hair is then combed in a downwards direction, by doing a partition in the middle of the head. After that the hair is started to be combed in a circular way. Make sure that no tangles are formed while combing the hair in such a way.
When the entire head of hair is in complete circle, the wrap strips are tied around the hair edges. Tie two to three strips in the front of the hair, and two to three at the back of the hair. Let the hair dry completely. Spray the hair with oils sheen and comb all the hair out in a circular movement. Now the hair is brushed and styled.
