Each person has around 90,000-140,000 hair on the head. One would be highly surprised to know that every person loses around 50-100 hair each day. This hair loss is due to dust, exposure to sunlight, stress, or improper diet. So, proper nourishment should be given to the hair, in order to balance the lost quantity of the hair.
It is always advisable to get your hair dry after a wash and then go out into the cold weather, as wet hair can cause freezing, and break the hair. Also, it should be avoided to comb the hair when they are wet.
Also, one should not let the split ends to grow. Split ends always hinder the growth of the hair. Trimming of the hair should be done on regular basis to prevent the split ends to grow.
Dandruff in the hair is a very common problem. It can occur due to some hormonal disorder. A lot of stress and tension could worsen the situation. So, the perfect solution for the same is to apply anti dandruff products available in the market. Getting yourself free from all the tensions, by finding solution for the same rather than taking it on your mind, could be an added advantage.
One should wash the hair on a regular basis to keep them clean and tidy, along with providing them the required nourishment.
A conditioner should always be considered mandatory after every wash. It is to be noted here that the conditioner should be applied on the length of the hair and not on the scalp.
It is always advisable to avoid using a hair dryer. If one should use it, use it atleast 6 inches apart from the hair.
