Kitchen Remedies for Better Hair

Taking care of the hair is a very important aspect of everyone’s life. Healthy and strong hair are the reflection of good quality hair. There is no doubt that there are various ways to take care of the hair. Let us here have some advice on the kitchen remedies for better hair.

Massaging the scalp with equal amounts of olive oil and honey acts as a very good treatment for the hair. Thereafter the hair should be wrapped with the help of warm towel for around half an hour. A mild shampoo is then used to wash the hair. The hair becomes very shiny and soft with the help of this treatment. This is a very good treatment for the hair toots.

Rubbing mayonnaise on the hair and letting it stay on the hair for around half an hour is a very good treatment for flaky and dry hair. Great level of moisturizing is provided to the hair with the help of this treatment.

Rinsing the hair with a mix of honey (half teaspoon) and water (four mugs) helps in conditioning the hair very well. This process should be carried out as a last rinse.

After washing the hair with shampoo, one can rinse the hair with a mix of lemon and honey. This would help in adding shine to the dull hair. The dandruff of the hair is also cleaned with the help of this method thus resulting in clean scalp.

Lemon and tea rinse also helps in cleaning the grease from the oily hair, without excessive drying of the hair.

A very good remedy for the hair is to apply a mix of lime juice and coconut oil on hair.

Application of the juice that is obtained from the leaves of green coriander is also a very good home remedy for taking care of the hair.

It is also important for an individual to eat a healthy diet with fresh fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water to have healthy and strong hair growth.
