Layered Hairstyles for Square Face Shapes

There are various kinds of gorgeous and trendy hair styles available these days. The style of the hair depends on the texture of the hair and the shape of the face. Let us here discuss about the layered hairstyles for square face shapes.

A hair style with layers created in a uniform manner through the head’s top, with extended layers at the sides and the front, suit the square faced people a lot. Very soft and high spikes can be created by cutting the layers at the top very short. A diagonal movement is created by keeping the front longer bangs on the sides. The longer hair at the sides help in giving a soft finish to the hair style. The square jaw line is hardly noticed when the attention goes on the side swept long bangs.

Another short hair style can be created by going for uniform layers in an oval shape throughout the hair. The hair at the top are cut very short to create spikes on the top. The hair at the sides are cut slightly longer to give a kick out appearance.

A very nice medium length layered hair style can be created by cutting the hair at the back in a layered style and taking them up to the shoulders and going up till the middle of the head. The hair at the sides are also cut in the same angles way. They should be allowed to kick out in a slight manner. The bangs at the front are taken to a single side. Some height is created at the crown by finishing the top’s side hair at the back of the head in the half way.

Longer layered hair style can be created by letting the delicate hair at the sides to fall beneath the chin, extending towards the back. This helps in giving a false impression of the curved length which helps in hiding the less height at the top. The hair bangs are swept to the side.
