Make up is a very important part of the beauty of a woman. The type of make up that a person does is highly dependant on the complexion of the skin. Make up of people with fair skin tone differs from the make up of people with dark skin tone.
Girls having dark complexion have great difficulty in finding the beauty products to match their skin tone and augment their beauty. Let us here discuss about some of the make up tips for dark skin.
It is recommended to apply primer on face before the application of foundation. This would enable the foundation to set in a much better way.
In order to hide the appearance of blemishes and dark circles, one must make use of concealer.
The foundation that one applies on the skin should go well with the skin tone. One would find various kinds of good foundations that would go well with the dark skin tone. Foundation brush should be used for applying foundation on the skin.
Make sure that the foundation is blended properly on the skin so that a smooth look of the skin is attained. People with oily skin should avoid the use of foundations that are oil based. The foundation can be set on the skin with the help of translucent or dark tinted powder.
Primer should be applied on the eyelids also, especially if the skin is oily. This would help in making the eye shadow stay on the eyelids throughout the day. People with dark skin tones should make use of dark colored eye shadows.
Rose or coral colored blushes should be used on the cheekbone area of the dark colored people. A small amount of shimmer can be added on the cheekbones so that there is reflection of light.
Lip pencil of warm colors should be used, and the lipstick should be able to hide the lip pencil in a wonderful manner. Lipstick with matter finish should be used.
