Natural Treatment for Hair Loss
Loss of hair is a very severe issue, and causes a lot of worry for the people. There may be various kinds of reasons for hair loss. A very effective herbal pack can be created by mixing together two teaspoons of yogurt, two tablespoons of grounded fenugreek seeds and one cup of the paste of hibiscus flower and its leaves. Apply this pack on the hair and wash the hair with luke warm water after some time. A very mild shampoo should be used to wash the hair.
There may be cases of hair loss due to the use of chemicals on the hair due to hair coloring. It is very important to prevent this kind of hair loss. Deep conditioning treatment is required for the hair to guard against such a type of hair loss. There are various kinds of such products available in the market these days.
A natural deep conditioning treatment can be given by combining one cup of fresh yogurt, four tablespoons of fenugreek seeds powder, and ten ground peppercorns. After massaging the scalp with warm oil, apply this mix every week to condition the hair and prevent graying of hair in the future.
After washing the hair, make use of water of green tea to rinse the hair finally. The hair loss is controlled to a great extent with the help of this treatment and the roots are also strengthened.
Last but not the least, it is very important to take healthy diet, along with plenty of water, to combat the risk of hair loss, and stimulate hair growth.
