Right Way to Use Shampoo and Conditioner
How to shampoo?
Firstly take some shampoo on the palm and rub it on both sides to evenly distribute it. Then apply the shampoo on the scalp and massage it well so that it spreads to all the areas of the scalp. Make sure that it is done gently, as the hair can get spoiled if not shampooed properly. The chief aim of shampooing the hair is to clean the scalp gently and do not forget to rise and repeat the process once more. In this way, you will get rid of your oily and dirty scalp.
How to use a conditioner?
In order to make the hair smooth and soft, the use of conditioner is required. After washing the hair with shampoo, apply some conditioner as well on the palms and rub it together. Apply the conditioner gently on the scalp from the middle of the hair shaft down to the ends, but make sure not to massage the conditioner on to the scalp directly. Comb the hair in a gentle manner and keep the conditioner for at least five minutes on the scalp. Make sure the conditioner is not on for a long time. This will help in order to make the cuticle smooth. Rinse it thoroughly as it is important for all the conditioner to be removed from the scalp. Some people think that cold water is the best to rinse the hair with.
How many times to wash the hair?
Washing the hair regularly is not that good for the hair. But on the other hand, it totally depends on whether the hair is straight or curly. If the hair is curly, then it might become to fluffy if it is washed every day so make sure to condition and shampoo the hair every other day. For straight hair, shampoo and condition the hair almost once a week in order to get a radiant look.
Make sure to keep these few points in mind while washing and cleaning your scalp. As this will help in increasing the growth of your hair and make it look healthy and perfect.
