Thereafter, wash the hair with any shampoo.

All these prevent the occurrence of the split ends, which is very important to have shiny and silky hair. Split ends deteriorate the quality of the hair, thus losing the shine and giving a lackluster look to the hair.
Shampoos which contain ritha and almond as their contents are very beneficial for silky hair. It is also advised to apply the mixture of lemon and water to dry hair. Leave it for around 30 minutes and wash the hair to get a silky look. Leaving yogurt on hair for 5 minutes, and then washing the hair with cold water is also a very good remedy for silky and shiny hair.
