Snow On Hair Or How To Stop Dandruff
Dandruff is one of the major issues with respect to hair. Dandruff in the hair is a great problem that sometimes puts an individual in an embarrassing situation.
White flakes of dandruff on the shoulders really create an embarrassing situation. The hair looks very dry and dull in the presence of dandruff. It appears as if there is snow on the hair.
It is very important to treat the problem of dandruff in a careful manner, so that the problem is solved from the roots. There are many kinds of home based remedies that can help to combat the problem of dandruff to a great extent.
The problem of dandruff can be cured with the help of sage, which contains essential oils and tannins. One spoon of sage is poured in boiling water (one glass). It is then infused, filtered and rinsed on the head.
One can also make use of calendula flowers, coltsfoot, oak bark, and burdock leaves to get rid of dandruff. One spoon of the spirit tint of the above said grasses is taken and mixed with water (one glass). It is then rubbed in the head’s skin. The problem of dandruff is cured to a great extent with this treatment.
One can also use aloe’s juice to get rid of dandruff from the hair.
Take an onion of average size. Cut the onion on several segments. Grape vinegar or natural apple is poured onto the onion. The onion is kept in a warm area for the entire day. The onion is then taken out and the balm is applied on the skin of the head.
Let it stay on the head for an hour or two. One can also let it stay for the entire night. The hair is then washed with the shampoo. The problem of dandruff is very effectively cured with the help of this treatment.
Thus, instead of rushing towards anti dandruff shampoos and products, it is recommended to go for the above said treatments for hair to cure the problem effectively.
