Therefore, an individual must include fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, nuts, eggs, yogurt, meat, and chicken in the diet for promoting hair growth process. Also, drinking plenty of water during a day is very important for providing the required level of hydration to the hair and stimulating the hair growth process.
Stress plays a heavy toll on the hair growth process and may result in hair loss. Therefore, an individual should try to remain away from stress, so that the hair growth process is stimulated. Exercise, yoga, and meditation should be definitely included in the daily routine to relieve yourself from stress.
Scalp massage is also one of the important things that help in stimulating the hair growth process. It is very important for an individual to massage the scalp with olive oil, almond oil or coconut oil once in a week, so that the circulation is improved and the hair growth is stimulated.
Exercising is a very important factor affecting the hair growth process. Circulation in the entire body, including the scalp, is improved in a great manner with the help of regular exercise, thus promoting hair growth.
