Two Important Secrets for Healthy Hair
Secret 1 – Scalp Massage!!
Always massage the hair at least every single day for say about ten minutes with almond or even olive oil. This will help in making the hair thicker and help it grow faster. This process can also be done while the hair is being shampooed. The massaging of the hair helps in stimulating the blood supply of the scalp and will help in bringing nutrients to the hair which will in return help in reducing the level of stress as well.
While massaging anything on the hair, whether it is a moisturizer, shampoo or oil, always use the pads of the fingers and never the nails. Make sure to spread the fingers apart each other and place them firmly on the head. Do move in little circles and be as smooth as possible as this will help in improving the circulation of the blood as well.
Secret 2 – Wear the hair up!!
There are a lot of people who do not follow this advice. They think that, there is no use of having long hair if it is always worn up. The basic idea of wearing the hair up is because when the hair is let down, it means that the hair is being exposed to different kinds of environmental damages. It is exposed to the pollution which will lead in dryness of the hair.
As well as, the wind will lead to different tangles in the hair which in return would cause more damage to the hair. Thirdly, the hair will keep on rubbing against the clothes which will lead to more dryness of the hair. Therefore, try wearing the hair at least most of the times and very soon you will able to see the difference.
Thus, these were the two most important secrets for having healthy hair. It is true that it is not easy at all to have great looking and healthy hair at the same time. But it is not impossible at all. It might just take some time and few experiments in order to have ravishing hair. But, it is definitely worth the extra effort, right?
