Updo Hairstyles
There are various types of hair styles among which a person can choose. Many types of updo hairstyles are there, among which you can find the one that suits your face type. You can carry an updo to a party, prom, wedding, or any other event. A funky updo can go with a funky dress, while a simple and classy one goes with a formal wear. Let’s go through the various updo hairstyles.
Twisted bun
Take a small portion of hair paste into your hands and go through your hair.
Make two equal pony tails; one at the centre of the crown and other at the lower level close to your neck.
Take small portions of hair from the bottom ponytail and twist the hair properly to make them thick.
Now pin the hair around the ponytail.
Repeat the same process with the top ponytail.
Use the hair spray to hold the hair.
Knotted look
Divide your hair into six equal sections.
Take small portions of hair from each section and twist them one by one from the bottom, unless a spiral is formed at the top of the head.
Hold the twisted hair at the top with bobby pins.
Repeat the process with all the sections of hair.
Hold the hair at the top of the head with a hair spray.
Looped updo
Have a tight ponytail at the centre of the head.
Hold a section of hair from the ponytail at the top with a clip.
Divide the remaining hair into 6 equal sections.
Take one section and form a neat loop to the left and hold it with a bobby pin.
Repeat the process with the remaining sections.
Unclip the top portion of the hair and divide into 4 equal parts.
Loop one portion around the finger and form a tight loop. Pin this loop and follow the same process with the remaining 3 sections. The four loops should be on the top of the bottom six loops.
Have a hairspray on the loops for a final touch.
Funky updo
Tightly comb all the hair and take them at the back of the head.
Start twisting the hair in an anticlockwise direction from the top to the bottom and carry the twisted hair at the top of the head.
Hold the hair at the top with a clutcher, leaving the bottom ends loose.
