Vitamins and Nutrients for Healthy Hair
There are certain vitamins and nutrients which are required to be absorbed by the scalp hair in order to get nice, shiny and healthy hair growth. The most important thing is to avoid an unhealthy diet.
Make sure to eat a diet which is rich in proteins, and drink a huge amount of water as well as fresh fruits or juices and green vegetables also. If an individual adopts a healthy lifestyle, he or she will be able to take the benefit of having a good hair growth.
The scalp hair anyways contains 93% of proteins. Thus, in order to have a good lifestyle; make sure to eat a good diet comprised of different types of proteins and nutrients. Secondly, try massaging the scalp with different kinds of oils such as coconut or even almond oil and drink plenty of water. This will help in keeping the hair follicles on the scalp.
Try avoiding different kinds of experiments on the hair such as blow drying, hair dying, coloring, highlights, straightening of hair and many more. As this simple spoils the hair and starts giving it a dull look which in turn produces split ends. This problem will be able to be solved only by cutting the ends of the hair, and incorporate a good amount of vitamin C also into the healthy die.
Make sure that good conditioners and moisturizers are used in order to get the required vitamins. On the other hand, even certain food items can be eaten which includes vitamins for hair growth and stimulating the blood circulation, such as:
- Eating fishes such as the Salmon.
- Eating liver, eggs, different nuts as well as spinach.
- Eating red meat and oats.
- Eating leafy vegetables and sesame seeds
- Eating fruits which contains lime ( Vitamin C)
So make sure to at least have a healthy diet and avoid all fried food and packed food. Get used to eating more of dairy products, meats as well as eggs. As this would help in increasing the hair growth and there will be less chance of getting grey hair.
