What You Need To Know About Hair Loss And Treatment For Men And Women
Hair loss is an issue of great concern for both men and women. It is very important for an individual to know about the problem of hair loss and the various kinds of treatments available with respect to the same. The problem of hair loss occurs due to the deficiency of appropriate vitamins such as Vitamin A, B and E. Lack of biotin may also result in hair loss. Thus, if this is the reason for hair loss in both men and women, it is very important to include these vitamins in the diet, so that the deficiency can be overcome.
Biotin is a very essential element that helps in promoting hair growth. Lack of this vitamin may be very harmful for the hair. This ingredient is present in some of the shampoos also. Therefore, it is recommended to choose the shampoos that contain biotin. Foods such as green peas, rice, walnuts, and oats also contain biotin. So incorporate these foods in your diet to have an adequate level of biotin in the hair.
Fatty acids are rich in vitamin A. So an individual should include some of the foods such as primrose, flaxseed oil, and salmon oil, which are rich in fatty acids, thus providing the adequate level of vitamin A to the hair.
Vitamin B also plays a great role in preventing hair loss. Therefore, it is very important for an individual to include foods rich in vitamin B, so that the hair becomes thick and heavy.
Vitamin E helps in facilitating the oxygen intake and the level of circulation. The growth of the hair gets enhanced with the help of this essential vitamin. Proper blood circulation is very important as it is the blood through which the essential minerals and vitamins are carried to the hair. Thus, it is very important to incorporate foods rich in vitamin E, so as to promote healthy blood circulation, and hence healthy hair growth.
